Join the Kidney Foundation of Illinois for Kidney Connections 2025! This in-person event is a great way to learn about kidney health and meet others who understand what you’re going through. Kidney Connections is all about bringing people together — patients, caregivers, loved ones, and healthcare providers — to share, learn, and support one another.
Hear from kidney doctors who will answer your questions. You’ll also listen to real stories from people living with kidney disease and their care partners. It’s a great chance to learn, ask questions, and feel supported by others who care.
