Living with Kidney Disease and Transplant Seminar
Saturday, October 18
The Living with Kidney Disease and Transplant workshop includes conversations led by kidney health experts and a roundtable discussion. The goal is to create a supportive and trustworthy space where patients can better understand their diagnosis and access essential information about medications, insurance, nutrition, treatment options, and more.
Free breakfast, lunch, and parking will be provided. After lunch and the closing of the program, attendees will have the opportunity to join UI Health nephrologist Dr. Ana Ricardo and transplant surgeon Dr. Jorge Almario for a panel discussion.
