Caroline Kjos is a Web Specialist at UI Health where she helps to maintain the content and accessibility of the UI Health website, build monthly newsletters emails, create digital ad campaigns and introduces new website designs based on user research.
Before joining UI Health, Caroline served as Creative Director and Digital Manager at UIC Business for 7 years, playing a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining the college's identity through various mediums.
With a background in graphic design and human computer interaction, Caroline integrates user-centric principles into her role, ensuring intuitive and accessible designs that prioritize user satisfaction. Caroline holds an MA in New Media Studies from DePaul University.
