CHAMPIONS Virtual After-School Program

The CHAMPIONS Virtual After-School Program serves high school youth from the following school districts located in strategic Illinois counties: Belvidere Community Unit School District (BCUSD 100) in Boone County, City of Chicago School District (CPS 299) in Cook County, Peoria Public Schools (PSD150) in Peoria County, Rockford Public Schools District (RPS 205) in Winnebago County, and Urbana School District (USD116) in Champaign County.

This program is implemented in partnership with the UIC Urban Health Program. CHAMPIONS collaborates with the University of Illinois College of Medicine Chicago, Peoria, and Rockford to recruit and retain program participants.
